Marlis Day
Biography:
Marlis Day is the author of the award-winning middle-grade mystery/fantasy The Secret of Bailey’s Chase and the sequel, Back to Bailey’s Chase. She also wrote the Margo Brown mysteries, Why Johnny Died, Death of a Hoosier Schoolmaster, and The Curriculum Murders. A retired English teacher, she is a member of Mystery Writers of America, SCBWI, and Sisters in Crime. She keeps busy visiting schools and speaking at reading conferences. Marlis lives in southern Indiana with her husband and Jack Russell terrier.
